The Gower Peninsula in South Wales has some of the best beaches in the UK, boasting a stunning coastline with exceptional secluded bays.
My favourite destination in Europe is Lake Garda - the backdrop of the mountains against the shimmering blue lake is a sight to behold. Further afield is Thailand, the culture, its friendly people and diversity of the country is hard to beat, plus, your money still goes a long way when you're there! More recently I have been bitten by the cruise bug which definitely gets you to some places you never thought of visiting.
