Francisco’s Must See Destinations
I have been to and would highly recommend both Rome and Athens (my favourite cities supporting my keen interest in philosophy and in particular Aristotle). I still hope to get to Easter Island and Torres del Paine in southern Chile one day to see the pumas and condors in their natural habitat. Still on my list are Canada to witness the whales coming to feast on the krill and a real dream is to go on safari. Also Antarctica however I will have to think about the ecological impact on this environment.
Francisco’s Holiday Must Haves
At least 3 Philosophy Books, preferably of Phenomenology or anything that is related to the brain and its thinking. My laptop, I can’t be without the news and my chess software, my camera and my magnifying glass, as that is the scientist within me.

I have been wanting to take a trip to Belgium on Eurostar to sample the amazing chocolate they have on offer.

Imogen’s Must See Destination
Although I have many must see destinations on my list and as a sun worshiper, they are all hot and sunny with turquoise waters! Australia is on top being such a vast country with such contrast it has something for everyone from wildlife to beaches, mountains, and the people of course. Followed closely by Mauritius, it goes without saying it has stunning white sandy beaches, but it is so diverse with such an interesting culture and cuisine. Last but not least, I couldn’t miss off Cuba a tropical paradise - with its unique history and culture. Nothing beats driving along the ‘Malecon’ in pink Chevrolet with the top-down listening to salsa!
Imogen’s Holiday Must haves
Your own water bottle, is a must as you can refill at most airports now and reduces single use plastic. The second thing which is a must for me is hand sanitiser! A top tip – whilst I always have my boarding passes etc on my phone I always take a hard copy back up, because you never know!
Bucket list
So many amazing countries to choose, but two that spring to mind straight away are Costa Rica, as this would be a great place to explore with the family . I would do the Rain Forest to see a sloth and trek the National Parks. The second is Sri Lanka and besides tea plantations and beaches, my main priority would be to see the Elephants in their natural habitat .
